Saving Gratitude

The 14th century mystic Meister Eckhart once said, "If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough".

We Unitarian Universalists aren't generally big on saving grace or salvation from hell at all, but what of the salve or healing can come from nurturing gratitude in our lives?
