AFTERNOON MUSIC
Beacon also has a wonderful program called Afternoon Music. In the tradition of bringing music lovers to Beacon and its acoustically vibrant Sanctuary, Afternoon Music is an independent non-profit concert series that presents classical music recitals and jazz concerts by a well-known instrumentalist or singer.

Our neighbor congregation, Morristown UU Fellowship, is inviting you to a Cabaret
Night featuring Stearns Matthews on November 15 at 7 pm!
$40 Early Bird rate till Sunday 11/9, then $50!
The Fellowship has been enjoying their recently completed Al and Minda Chu Family
Hall, located in the Gateways Center opened last November. The upcoming concert is a showcase for that space – and also a way for the Fellowship to finish paying for its construction! The Fellowship also has invited our congregation to share our events with them, to build our UU community and to have fun together! Stearns served as the Fellowship’s Music Director for a number of years, and he and his husband were members at the Montclair UU Congregation for many years. He now lives in Pennsylvania with his growing family and teaches musical theater at the university level.
